Someone reminded me this week that, try as you might to widen your perspective, it's freeing, in a way, to acknowledge that no matter how big you can think, God, the universe, is thinking even bigger.

Having faith that possibilities exist even beyond your field of vision further empowers those greater forces at work.

So think even bigger, and know that no matter how hard you try, there's an even bigger thought to be had.

Thinking big--let alone "thinking even bigger"--is a daily effort, at least for me. A conscious effort to heighten consciousness, you could say. Taking time in the morning to center myself helps a lot, even though I sometimes neglect to make it a priority. But when I do, it makes a huge difference in my outlook, in my day. Reading things that inspire me is critical. But like exercise, it's one of those things that you forget helps you more than you think. A few books on my self right now?
The Translucent Revolution, Arjuna Ardagh
The Power of Now, Eckhart Tolle
There's a Spiritual Solution to Every Problem, Wayne Dyer
I've realized we all need help along the way. It comes when we ask. Always.

Wildest Dream

Someone asked me recently what my wildest dream was. My answer, I found interestingly, was barely wild at all. It included limits that others/culture had placed on me over time which I discovered I had accepted as my own. I have decided to make it a point to dream wilder.
